To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
How to initiate a return:
- Email us at support@lusiyan.com with your order number
- Receive your prepaid return shipping label
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Drop off at any USPS location
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Exchanges:
For exchanges, please contact us before returning your item. We'll help you find the perfect replacement and ensure a smooth exchange process.
